1955年、L・ペティット氏が上品な口あたりの手巻きクッキーを作ったのがはじまり。
社名はヨットの盛んな『ラ・トリニテーヌ』からとりました。
厚焼きクッキー・パレット、薄焼き・ガレットなど伝統的製法から
吟味を重ねて生まれたフレンチスタイルのクッキーです。
